Ashyan's has been a personal passion of mine for many years. Food is my top love language.
Having an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for my Taiwanese heritage, I launched Ashyan's as a sandwich business back in 2013, since Jan 2021
it has evolved into serving a traditional Taiwanese dish called Lu Ruo Fan. Through this experience I've gotten to strengthen and hone my
organizational, culinary, and customer service skills. From developing operational systems to delivering exceptional customer service, I am equipped with
a unique blend of business skills and knowledge. I'm excited about the opportunity to leverage these qualities and contribute to the success of your team!
Operations Management: As the founder of my own food business, I spearheaded the development of our operational system from the ground up. This involved creating efficient processes for inventory management, scheduling, and other logistical tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Customer Interaction & satisfaction: I take pride in personally handling customer orders and interactions, fostering strong relationships and delivering unparalleled customer service. By understanding and exceeding customer expectations, I've built a loyal customer base and garnered positive feedback, via Yelp, a rating of 4.8 out of 5. Each round of orders generate 50% new and 50% return customers, and our emailing list growing 10% each month.
Organizational Skills: I possess a strong aptitude for organization, which has been instrumental in managing multiple facets of my food business seamlessly. From scheduling kitchen operations to coordinating deliveries and maintaining meticulous financial records, my organizational prowess ensures that every aspect of the business runs smoothly.
Financial Management: : With a hands-on approach to financial management, I've effectively handled cash transactions, managed budgets, and implemented cost-saving measures. My ability to analyze financial data has enabled me to make informed decisions that drive business growth and sustainability.
